The placing of order is great but I'm not satisfied with the Bot system of communicating when there are some changes like the time of delivery. I wrote messages about some changes in the time of delivery but the Bot is not working, it only received messages but not responding and because of that it caused me great inconvenience (

Add more descriptive information and images on the products you sell. Make it available for sort by price in any case. For instance you are not able to sort it when goods are displayed after using a key word.

This application is in Russian only and Magnum is no longer available on Instashop, so there is no way for me to do an online order from you. This is how you lose my business. If you want to remove from instashop you should make sure that the growing number of English speakers are catered to.
