My bank account was blocked on 2nd May, and I’ve been visiting the bank since 5th May. No clear reason was initially given. I was asked about my income and general account usage. Later, I was questioned about six specific transactions—three of which were P2P exchanges via Bybit, which I explained. But, during my visit to the bank on 14th May, I overheard a call where the manager was asked whether I used Bybit.kz, suggesting that the Bybit explanation was introduced later to justify the closure.

Blocked my access to the app without calling or elaborating in any other way, and told me to go to the nearest office within 3 days. But why would I do that? Only to cut ties with this bank immediately and use Kaspi.

Doesn't allow access to the app if Anydesk is installed. I am not giving you usage access, and it's none of your business what I have on my phone. --- to developers reply Why do other KZ bank apps work just fine then?
