Ratings and reviews

I can't do a lot of things on this app, for example: solve a name spelling problem on my card/Apple Pay via the app; can't transfer money if my KZT account is below zero, although I've got more than enough on my USD account (and they are converted from USD account later on anyway); can't pay with my bonuses if my KZT account goes below 0 too, which doesn't make sense - why do I need bonuses if I can't use them? And the keyboard always appears on top of the text, so I don't know what I'm typing

Awful service. I've had this app for about a week and every day some function stops working. Some functions haven't worked at all since I got the app. For example, I can't move money between certain accounts most of the time. Online payments aren't working today. I can't even use my debit card to pay for purchases online since this morning. ATF bank customers are being forced to switch from the reasonably good ATF24 service to this disaster. Avoid.

the worst app I've ever used, Jusan wants to compete with Kaspi, but it's impossible with this kind of service. I cannot login into the system, face recognition in jmart doesn't work, I've spent 4 days trying to buy A SINGLE item. In Kaspi, I would spend 5 minutes at ANY MOMENT OF THE DAY (not only from 9 to 6)
