The Libra Mobile Banking application allows biometric or PIN authentication and includes an extensive list of features required to manage your bank account, such as:

- Update personal data

Moreover, the application can be used to open a bank account without maps and no roads to the bank.

Ratings and reviews

Awful app, the feedback inside the app only allow ❤️ and refuses 👎. Trying to ✅ for instant payments is also a joke. Your money disappears and you cannot check where they are because 'Internet bank' is answering phones only during the working hours in the morning.

lately the app keeps crashing and the support only mentions uninstalling and installing again. also updates are done during hours when i actually need libra, making it unusable

Been using the app for years and *was* the best banking app (compared to ING, BT, CEC) on a Xiaomi Redmi 4x, Android 7.1.2, Snapdragon 435 octa-core, 3GB RAM. That is, until 2022. For the first part of the year, the app more or less didn't work. They apparently fixed the issues (with Xiaomi phones?) with the April 27 update (I had to re-enroll the phone - why?) and now the app works, kind of, but the loading time (the red progress bar) takes ages (like over 1 minute, maybe?).... Admittedly, this is an old phone, but the specs should be enough the run the app just fine, like it did a few month ago.
