Worthless ok. we all know the app screams at you if you don't input a wait start or wait stop once you stop at signs, train tracks, long red lights. it also refreshes/loses data as you're traveling. Says "trip info" but all info is "null". so, "How do we know where to go if the navigation won't work because the trip info disappeared?" well I'm glad you asked. I take a screenshot as soon as there's info loaded. but then the app crashes because of it & if you leave the app or you lose the trip.

There was a bug fix, so at least it should work about as well as it used to. That said, it's not always that intuitive, especially when you've made your dropoff. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to inform you if s trip's been cancelled, so you don't waste your time going. Overall, it works, though can be somewhat frustrating to use sometimes. Not sure how to improve it though, as I don't know step one about app programming.

Previous app had problems, but this is even more janky. It alerts relentlessly if you pick up the phone as if the vehicle is moving. It no longer shows you when you can come off rest. A navigation component is added forcing the driver to use his own billable data. The navigation is inaccurate. Once it sent me in a totally different direction which could've added an hour to my trip and cost the company more money. Also, the tech is 8 years old. Other driver jobs already do this successfully.
