Ordered a cylinder and it is marked as delivered, but actually it didn't. Raised a support inquiry through the app and was ignored. 1311 says they will address the issue and nothing so far. P. S. I'm changing the review since I got the cylinder delivered to my home today. I called 1311 and informed the issue and they were very responsive and delivered the cylinder today. Litro rocks!

Who makes this sorry excuse for an app. Been trying to use it for years. Never successful. With the current update there's only a bunch of banners on the local customer purchase side. International side seems to work. Also it was not letting me register two of my emails saying an account exist But when I try to reset the password, it says an account doesn't exist. It's REALLY. NOT. HARD. TO. MAKE.A.BASIC.APP!

I'm unable to select Credit card / Debit card, how do I select it? It doesn't get highlighted to select it nor does there an option to enter my credit card information prior to selecting the card option??? 1311 hot been answered on a working hours/day!! Adding 31/10 - Still no reply on Playstore, I've even directed (mail) the same complain to the App Developer, yet no response for same!!! Useless!!!
