Their service is good but the management is not good. They do some things, they do some things, they charge some things, they are not good at all. Their management is not good. The app has a lot bugs, which no one tries to fix. Time to time it un-login me for no reason and I have to login again. Furthermore In order to see correct bill I have to log out and log in! "Mobile Id" authentication doesn't work with no errors. And other bugs which I can see for more than a year! And off course there is no English!

Installed it. Used it couple times. When update was pending, pressed update and it got stuck. Cleared any data left in device related to this app, checked storage, etc. Nothing worked. Can't install it anymore. As it is main mobile services in Lithuania you would expect better quality from it, but it's not the first time Bitė has let me down.
