Being a customer of 5 other banks in my recent years, this is the worst app I have used so far. The main menu is in a form of a fancy wheel which I do not consider to be intuitive. The the accounts view contains far too much detailes, and layout is far from optimum. And the worst is paying off the visa credit card...you need to setup a new beneficiary...once transfer is made...it takes up to 3 working days for founds to appear on the credit card...OMG it's 2024...

Although my phone is a bit dated, this app is a bit lagging and sometimes just exits by itself. I have gladly some other banking apps, and none of it has such behaviour. The bank itself is more of an issue. Premium prices with substandard service describes it best. I usually have to do several 2-digit transfers, because you can't never be sure, that a medium 3-digit transfer would be executed. Waiting for the day that such institutes become obsolete, be it by CBDC's or other digital assets.

Notifications were broken for me for a long time, after reinstalling now they seem to work for incoming but not for outgoing transactions. New as well is the fact that I always get an error when saving notification settings. The error does not say what the problem is. I really want to give 5 stars, but this is still broken, so no.
