App is good and user friendly . I just wish they wouldn't cancel an item if they don't have it and instead let me choose to cancel it, replace it from provided options, or choose something else from the store. I had to put in a new order when they canceled something where it could have been added to the first order if they allowed replacements.

The website is very professional, but the delivery takes hell of a time for almost 10 items, and when the item isnt available and u replace it within a designated time mentioned by the application the item doesnt come as well. The application is good, but the service isnt good at all.

I am an old customer. Since the delivery is taking 4 days long and the callcenter is not helpful, there must be these options we can use mainwhile: - to edit a previously scheduled order : add products and/or remove (this is important). - to replace a product with more choices. - to cancel a scheduled order. - They are good and i dont blame them because of the products issues and the pressure. Thank you.
