I LOVED my experience with this company. I was staying in the city for two days and was not sure where I was supposed to park. This app was easy to use to make reservations throughout the city at their other lots too. The app gives a cheaper rate than their sites do too and the fee is all inclusive of taxes and fees. There are no surprises.

It's quite obvious this is a first draft of an app. Many basic improvements need to be made. I guess parking management companies are not well run in terms of technology. MPG is one of them. As a daily parker there, I'm frustrated and moved to another garage. Deleted this paperweight of an app. Don't bother.

The garagea force you to use this app, but the app constantly crashes and fails to open. Worse the staff for the garages will try to force you to pay more because the app doesn't work. It's a total scam. Use a different garage.
