To Do Notes is an application and a widget that allows you to create, edit and delete notes, to-do and checklists. The notes and tasks can be seen directly on the home screen using the widget. From the application you can reorder the tasks and add new ones on top or bottom.

Notes, to-do and multiple checklists can also be marked as done and deleted directly from the widget. Perfect for quick simple shopping lists, tasks for the day and to-do reminders.

You can set a different color for each note and each list, and reorder the notes and lists.

You can customize the widget to your own preference. If you prefer a cleaner look it is possible to remove the icons on the top title bar. Font and text size can also be changed. The icons on the widget can be changed so pick the one you like most.

Used this app for ages and came back to it recently to see the UI has been changed for the worse. The area where I could add a note quickyl was replaced with a search function. I instinctively type in it first but have to exit it then go down below to hit the plus sign. Initially it was nice because it was simple with no unnecessary fluff, but it's too annoying to use now.

This is by far the most useful app on my phone! I use it as a daily planner, and it is SO NICE that it comes as a widget so you can check items off your daily to-do list without even having to open the app! I just make a separate checklist for each day, and you can color-code your action items - it's literally just so useful!! I will never be able to go back to an iPhone because I won't be able to have this app. If I could rate more stars I would!

Wow! Can I say this is the best app checklist. I love using the widget because you can check off on the my list as I look at it on my home screen and I am also able to change the widget to still see the background. The only reason I give it a 4 stars out of 5 is because it doesn't sync to multiple devices. So say I want to check my list on my phone screen but I left my phone at home and only have my tablet. Well I can't and that is the only reason why I am bummed out. Wish it was able to sync.
