App is going beyond the screen, doesn't fit. Extremely slow!

My AO app is really a great community but despite a lot of group members, is secluded. App is also very slow running.

Compared to previous AO ref app it's very slow and need lot of improvement. Not able to access AO surgery reference through link. To search specific topic have to go through multiple filters, plz make necessary updates. Thnks
