SeamlessMD is an application designed with your healthcare provider. Our program is a step-by-step guide on how to take care of yourself before and after your procedure. You will get daily real-time health reminders. Use the to-do list to prepare for your procedure. Visit the Library to explore health topics. After your procedure, answer a few health questions in the daily Health Check. Based on your answers, we will give you custom advice on how to take care of yourself. It is good as it has handy access to important phone numbers My only real criticism is it doesn't evolve through the 30 days . For example even on the last day it asked about the incision. 30 days in if you have a weeping or open incision you have some serious problems. As well fever a serious fever in the first couple of weeks may indicate infection but after 30 days it is likely not related to the surgert.

Amazing program for home recovery after shoulder surgery!! easy to use and prompt call back when I needed assistance or concerns.

the app is okay; the symptoms are not clearly organized and do not really make sense, if they are cleaned up then this will be a very good tool.
