After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

Very difficult to upload weekend news compared to tapestry which was previously used. Spent 30 mins trying to get pics and narrative uploaded and kept getting error messages, eventually had to do two separate posts, one with written news and one with pictures. Then once uploaded you can't see the observation so know for sure it is there, even if pending. Just very very difficult.

I have to open this 3 or 4 times before it will load the login page. trying to download photos is a chore and barely works and there's no way to download multiple photos at once. little wonder my kid's nursery is moving away from this app really
