Right next to you, you see (and, yet, miss out) thousands of people every day. Some of the strangers you cross paths with are meaningful for you or your business.

Proxx is the first app to make bonds with people who happened to be around you.

• NETWORKING
If another user walks or drives by you, both of you automatically receive each other's profile — "prox". The event of such an exchange is called "proxxing".

• REACH OUT TO ANYONE
You can get back to anyone you crossed paths with. Just find them in "Proxxing" tab.

• SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS
Every city dweller is missing out an enormous audience! Spread your profile wherever you go. Broadcast your message to the people around you. See what’s on other people’s minds.

• NO INTERNET NEEDED
Network and chat with anyone around you without The Internet. Proxx uses Bluetooth Low Energy protocol and nearly doesn’t drain the battery.

• ANONYMOUS & SECURE
It’s up to you to stay anonymous. The app collects no personal data.

• NO MODERATION. NO BANS
Share your thoughts and ideas without censorship.

Ratings and reviews

Very unusual, you need several people around with darxx to understand the app. If you download it and there's no one around with darxx you probably won't get the beauty of it.

Backup thing is a unusual - but as I understand it is a new reality we have to cope with if we care about out own privacy. I love the idea of the app and look forward when enough people have on their phones so I can collect "ptoxxings" from passerbies/strangers

It really does seem like a cool app, but sadly there are no users whatsoever in my area and probably yours as well... unless you live in Russia maybe?

What’s new

We have added:
- New "Hub" instead of the "Around" — it has a "TV", your proxxes counter, and a couple of new ways to meet people - "There's always someone to chat with" and "I want to... ". Soon we'll add "Where to hang out" there too.
- Calls for Android (beta version, basic functionality). The feature is already available and will be actively developed
