(Issue has been fixed) They have a location issue. Absolutely horrible. It will lose location in mid game and will not let you play while you lose money. Then you have to restart the game to get back in and you've missed out on many hands. It is a 1 star until that is fixed. Its horrifying, it seems like it always happens at the worst moments as well...

It's really hard to enjoy your app when you keep getting disconnected and kicked out. Now you've just cost me money in a 5 dollar sit n go when I get lost connection and by the time you finally let me back in I have no chips left!! Thanks!!! I haven't had a lost connection or any problems logging in or can't verify your state at WSOP!!! You need to make this right or lose more business!

OK, the app often gets location issues. Wish it was multi-state. The app crashes often, and it is hard to log in. Sometimes, I have to log in repeatedly to get on site. And yes, "I have updated my app." I still get dropped during games and tournaments for location issues. FYI, I haven't left my state in 15 years, so location issues, lol 😆. Games are good, and I like the tournament structures. Would give 5 stars as I have won and cashed out, but the crashing and location issues are a problem
