Pretend chat feature, there's no support. Survey resets its recording if device multitasks. Can't even look at the app without turning on location, and holding the mind prober device. Not all of the surveys completed are accounted for, and the one that is says incomplete. ( due to the app not understanding that people use their phone for multiple tasks at one time.) That's my time stolen. Very bad permissions, there's no need for most of them. I have yet to get an response for any of my issues.

All went well with the first 9 sessions, no problems, no hassles, interesting content, etc.. But now, on the final day to do the last session, my sensor all of a sudden won't connect to my phone, which means I won't get paid for all the time I've put into the study! Extremely disappointed & frustrated.

I am officially done with this company!! I have had nothing but issues since the day that I joined. Customer service have offered little help and always made it seem like it was me and not a sensor issue. I have recieved 2 sensors from this company and had the same issue with both of them..contined to get the wash hand/ change electrode message on almost every session despite me following all directions to a t. This has been going on 4over a yr and today I get a message saying my sensor is block
