this app is basically useless if you buy your furniture directly through the shop at their outlet, their customer services are slow and sucks, I can't see when the delivery and the installation services gonna come to my house because it doesn't show up in the app (this is my first purchase and I'm bound to stay at my home for 2 DAYS waiting for ANY information for a furniture that I've already fully payed) it's so frustrating! I can't even see the e-receipt on the app 😠

VERY BAD APPS !!! I don't know who input the wrong phone number in my profile, and I can't change it. Also can not delete the account ! Always error ! Try to contact CS to change it, I should fill a form in hard copy and sign it. WHAT ?!! In this era of Industry 4.0 still using hard copy form ??

it's getting worse, the app forces me to turn on gps. I turned off my gps to save my battery, why do you force me to turn that on??
