Ratings and reviews

Everytime I need to find information about a new product or service, it takes me about half an hour of juggling between menus. The basic billing and plan information is fine, but whenever you try to get more from this app, it's just too convoluted. Even its talk Aura feature seems gimmicky. Movistar is the kind of company more devoted to "selling" stuff, rather than making them really good. Bottom line: the app is frustrating, just the way the company makes its products and process.

Annoying notifactions and ads. The ap causes ads to be displayed on top of your screen, while the app isn't open. They've made it so that it's easy to accidentally click 'ok' on those ads, which will cause your phone bill to increase. Paying bills from the app is convenient, but for the aforementioned irritation, I have to uninstall. Also the pop up ads in-app are excessive.

Horrible experience, the more you need it the slower it is. I am not overdue with my home service but I don't a have access to Internet so I decided to pay the bill anyway, and it is impossible. The M keeps loading for ever and when finally reach the main page I got an error "we can not fin the information you need". In addition to that, the app workflow is poorly designed, basic things like change the network password option is hidden.
