The process of getting to the dashboard is slow, you have to put in your number and country code each time you open the app and verification numbers to impute which is annoying and delays transaction. Although this new version looks beautiful and has included options like fingerprint and an option to print or share receipt which is a good thing, I think the old version of this app was better, straight to the point and faster.

Generally, the app is really good and I really like using it a lot, but for a few days now, it's been bugging out. Whenever I try to send money, it crushes and automatically stops, when about to input the receiver's number. Not only that. I can't but airtime with the app anymore. I'd like to know if it's a bug or there's something I need to do. Thank you

The new UI is nice tho but the app hasn't got the yellow save which makes it suck. I prefer the old one. Also they didn't give me the 500 mb they promised š©š«¢š„². . . . Edit: Alright almost a year later, kudos to you MTN you've really shown me that you listen to the complaints of your customers you've really improved on the app's UI and fluidity in general and the most important thing to me the savings are backāāāāā
