Failed to authenticate even after entering correct password and also OTP, and they also removed the meters added to the account. Very terrible update please fix this ASAP.

This app is difficult to navigate and feels overly complicated. Please keep the other app-it is much simpler and easier to use.

meter no lost after some time n not able to make payment. I tried new installment n pw not working n for resetting pw, not receiving OTP.
