I can't pay my bills in the app, it says the problem is the bank, but this is the only app with this issue, but if I pay in the web, I can do it without any problem, I already called and they say "uninstall and install the app" and that's it, no solution here, and as far as I can see, I'm not the only one with this problem.

The app won't let me pay my bills. It has an error accepting credit and debit card payments if you have more than one line registered. It's really inconvenient especially with the pandemic. I called the cfe operator and she told me I had to go in person to my bank to make the payments (most banks delay you up to 2h for a simple service like that ). It's 2020, you can afford to hire better programmers to do something as simple as accept online payment cfe.
