Answer the vulnerability questionnaire only once and the daily questionnaire every time you have to go to the Institute to show your digital card at the entrance.
In addition, answer the vaccination questionnaire to inform the Institute authorities if you have already been vaccinated and expedite the attention of the IEST community in the event of an outbreak.
