About this app

We make this institutional class observation instrument available to you to accompany our educational community in its process of implementing the RCSA Pedagogical Model. This app is made up of indicators to observe in a class, grouped into each of the five pillars of our model:
o Pillar 1 Methodologies with CAR characteristics
o Pillar 2 Graduate Profile
o Pillar 3 Learning Spaces and Environments
o Pillar 4 Disciplinary Approaches
o Pillar 5 Accompaniment.

When starting a new observation, the app will allow you to select which of the first four pillars of the model you want to evaluate, in addition to Pillar 5, which is always mandatory, so that when observing a class you can focus on one or more pillars of the Model Pedagogical.

With the aim of celebrating the progress of our teachers in their classroom observations, the app incorporates the possibility of obtaining badges, either for the continuous progress in the results of their observations, the frequency with which they occur or the performance levels achieved for each pillar. In addition, the app incorporates fields in which personalized feedback comments can be entered, improvement commitments from the teacher, as well as the programming of the date for the next observation.

We invite you to use this new class observation instrument on a regular basis to make the implementation of our Pedagogical Model visible in the classroom.
