The web page has stopped working since the new year when it worked for years with no problem, I've tried the app again (it rarely worked before) to make the payment, and it doesn't work either. I keep getting a 'transaction not successful' notice. I've been in contact and had one reply asking for a screenshot of the error notice, then nothing after I sent it. Unfortunately it's the only method to pay this particular bill.

Not as good lately as it was. The Bank app never comes through during the verification process as it did. you now have to leave the app to prompt the bank app to verify it's you. also freezes during the verification process crashes. leaving you unsure if the payment has gone through or not. last month it took out a larger set amount than what I'd put in. This month is proving to be difficult too.

App no longer works. No issues over last 3 years and used every month no problem. Now over the last couple of months it just will not work and keeps throwing up an error every time I try to pay the rent. Really not good at all. EDIT- I've tried the website and am getting the exact same error message there too!!!!!!

The online portal - allpayments - is still available for payments to be made over the internet. We apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced.
