CBIS XMobile is a business application for business and service. It allows you to quickly create orders, keep customer records and manage complaints directly in the field. It also works offline - the data is automatically synchronized with your company system after connection.
Main function
Orders – creation of a new order, overview and detail of items.
Customers - search, contacts, notes and cooperation history.
Complaints – establishment and management of complaints including photo documentation (taken directly from the application).
Offline mode - work without a signal; changes are reliably sent to the server after connection.
Quickly filter and search across records.
Secure login with a company account and synchronization with the organization's server.
Optimization for modern devices (cutouts/rounded corners of displays).
Note: The application is intended for business users with valid access to the system. You cannot log in without an assigned account.

Camera / Photos and media – taking and attaching photos to claims or orders.
(Optional) Bluetooth - only if you have activated the connection to company accessories.
Technical requirements
Android 5.0 and above.
Internet connection is only required for synchronization.
