This app allows users to enjoy remote mobile access and control with their WaterCop Automatic Water Shut-Off Systems. Receive mobile alerts from the system via SMS text, email and push notifications of activity and events such as automatic closure and system power outages. All you need is an internet connection. The new WaterCop SmartConnect module offers both WiFi and Ethernet wired connectivity and will be available in September 2018.

The WaterCop system features:

Absolutely refuses to remember the WiFi password no matter how many times I hit the Save button. Cannot connect to WiFi router even if it's in the same room. Ethernet mostly works but isn't a convenient cable run. I have reset, removed, and re-setup the device several times. It's odd that the MAC address label on the side of the plastic box would be for the wired port and not the WiFi. This app needs more debugging please. I have wasted several hours trying to get it to work properly.

Does not "find" my watercop valve, and keeps searching forever with no messages. Also there are no instructions or help in the app.

Cannot install from Google Play onto my Galaxy S21 running Android 14. It says it cannot be be downloaded as it requires an older version of Android.
