The app is really nice to enter problems but it doesn't allow an option for the bicycle and pedestrian paths. Which can cause the reader to be confused when trying to assess the problem and location. Furthermore, the Country really needs to step up to clear vegetation growth and maintain the multi-use paths. They lost an opportunity to do so this winter!!

The ditches at 3 Martha Lane have not been cleaned in over 10 years. Resident has called, emailed and continually is told it is being put on the work order. App was tried, yet unsuccessful. Continually says, ‘Sending Data’ attempting to determine the location. App seems to be very ineffective. Maybe as the Nike slogan states, “Just Do It!”

Thank you for using Beaufort County Connect. Please check out the latest version of BC Connect on the Google Play store and reinstall the app to resolve the Sending Data issue you mentioned. I have also asked for Public Works to update your request in our system and get back with you on the status.
