I love this app and use it multiple times a week. I like the convenience of an app vs logging in to the website every time I need to access my account. My only complaint is that items can only be renewed one at a time. It would be great if it was updated so that you could select multiple items to renew at once. Edited to answer questions** I renew 2-30 books and when I have a lot at one time, it takes a while to click on each one individually and wait for it to renew. Thx for considering!

Thank you for the detailed feedback. I'm sorry this feature is on the backlog but not yet prioritized. For now your best bet for renewing many items is to use the web interface.

App is sort of user friendly- a separate login window opens everytime you have to do anything, which is irritating, and adding things to your lists does not always work. It's extremely frustrating to try to save books for later and be completely unable to, even though the app tells you it saved it to your list 🙃

1/21/23 update: The list bug is fixed. 2/20/23 update: reading messages in-app is released. There is no reason you should have ever had a separate login window except for reading system messages. Keep me honest at kenstir.apps@gmail.com. Update your review if you value this feedback.

Does what it's supposed to do, but search could be improved. Its really bare bones. You can't sort by genre, fiction vs nonfiction, or juvenile vs adult. There is an advanced search, but all it does is allow you to add more keywords. (Adding things like nonfiction or juvenile as a keyword doesn't work)

Hey Dara, I agree the advanced search is kind of lame. That said, the app is not trying to cover absolutely everything you can do with the online catalog, but just the essentials. It could do better. If you want to offer specific suggestions like how it should work please let's discuss at kenstir.apps@gmail.com.
