Ive been quiet for a long time, but this app has failed me more times than not, and recently it seems to only be getting worse. Been with CNB for a very long time, (14 years and running), and I love everything else about the bank. The level of work that this app has received in the last few years is sad and disappointing. The app has to be uninstalled and reinstalled daily just about, and I have seen no change or signs of that changing. Please fix this app.

We need an update PLEASE. I've been banking with CNB for several years, but for whatever reason, the app barely works anymore. I have to uninstall, re-download, and log back into the app multiple times daily just to check my balance. Every time, there's an error that pops up saying "Error: Uncaught Error: Module" with no clear way of fixing the issue rather than just uninstalling and reinstalling just to view a bank statement.

Update: Still horrible. I uninstall and reinstall about once a week. I have to just use the website, but you can only do zelle on the app. They obviously don't care about making the app work better. Have to uninstall and reinstall probably 7 times...at least. It will just stop working. Will have errors that keep it from opening. Once it gets an error, it's done.
