The pizzerias Gli sfiziosi are distinguished by the search for raw materials used both in the selection and mixing of the flours and for the ingredients used.
In the fillings we use seasonal and local ingredients on a daily basis, thanks to various collaborations with local producers.

With the use of only 1 gram of yeast per kilo of flour, we obtain a slow leavening and maturation, from 48 to 72 hours at a controlled temperature and today we are able to offer our customers 5 types of dough as the basis for their fillings:

Furthermore, lactose-free mozzarella is available for every pizza to offer even those suffering from intolerance an excellent and digestible pizza.

In addition to the exquisite pizza, to delight the palate of our guests there is also a rich selection of fried foods, all strictly artisanal and for every taste: Simple Supplì, Nduja, Amatriciano, Cacio e Pepe, Carbonaro, Radicchio and gorgonzola, Potato croquette , Potatoes with provola and speck, Parmigiana-style eggplant croquette, Ascolane olives, Zucchini flowers, Cod. Then there are the “Sfiziosetti”, clouds of fried dough that can be tasted in the savory or sweet version with the cascade of Nutella.

Also interesting is the menu proposed for the diner and gastronomy, which ranges from the great classics of the Roman tradition such as the first espresso such as carbonara and cacio e pepe, to roast chicken with baked potatoes and homemade tiramisu.
