The worst App. They took everything from me and keep on asking things. Height is they asking to send a code from my cell to a no. I am scared, they have my passport copy, my debit card, my utility bill, validation of debit card, now they want my employer name after calling me. Not sure they want to transfer my money or want to take all of my money. I have just cancelled transaction, hope it cancels it. They offered another rate for a first time user, but at checkout it was a lesser rate.

This is one of the worst platforms.. believe me I am sharing this after using this for couple of months. For no reason they suspend your account and ask for nonsense details. The customer support persons are also unprofessional. They can tell you anything which will make no sense. It is just wastage of time and nothing else. Unnecessarily you are sharing your data at this platform.

One of the worst money transfer app, they will debit the money, hold it for 5 days and cancel it. Then for refund again wait for another 3 to 4 days. Customer care is another worst part, they don't give proper response and every time they give invalid information. DONT GO FOR THIS, ZOOM N REMITLY ARE FAR BETTER.
