The official app for DAAD events
The “DAAD Events” application enables you to register for DAAD events in just a few steps - from the conference to the scholarship holder meeting or the specialist conference.
You can also use the app to orient yourself during the event, to receive information and to communicate with other guests.
What does the app offer you?
• Registration in advance of the event
• On-site registration upon arrival at the venue
• Program overview, including details on individual program items
• Possibility of personalization via an individual profile, an event planner, etc.
• Information on the speakers
• Interactive matchmaking, chat functions as well as surveys and voting
• Map of the event location and room layout
• Organizational information, from travel to accommodation and meals
• Overview of the central contact persons for questions and suggestions

The app also gives you an overview of all DAAD events in which you have already participated or which are still being planned - all in one place.
How can you take part in a DAAD event via the app?
For most events, you will receive a personal invitation directly from the DAAD. This contains a link or QR code for the respective event within the app. There are also certain public events for which you can register directly via the app.
The app is available in German and English. Most of the content can also be used in offline mode.

The DAAD is the world's largest funding organization for the international exchange of students and scientists. It is an independent organization of German universities and their student bodies for the internationalization of the science system. Central building blocks of the work are the awarding of scholarships, the promotion of cooperation projects and the dissemination of expertise about the worldwide educational cultures and science systems.
