for some reason the notifications keep turning off

Was working fine until this year. Now the holidays aren't registering for this year. New Years and MLK, so far. Can we get a fix for the app as this is incrediblely annoying as trash sits out on street longer and get blown around on windy days like yesterday.

This app continues to use my old address. I have tried to change numerous times and have contacted support on 3 occasions. They told to uninstall and reinstall the app which I have done several times and it still continues to use my old address..
