I keep losing access. Tried reset of password but login fails and no support. I emailed several times asking for help.

5 stars for sure! I use it for work w/Shiseido @ Dillard's dept. Store, Northlake Mall/Charlotte, NC. Educational, visually beautiful and intellectually interesting! Very enjoyable learning!!!
