The invite email doesn't come with the information needed to log in & the password reset link doesn't send a link to reset the password. This makes it functionally just a mock up draft of an app. I do love my accountant, so this company's tax preparation is on-point. Tech wise, this reminds me of the early internet.

RGB has been my preparer for 13 years. Great service. The technological aspect is an issue. No computer accessability and this app is horrible. We need better access in this virtual world. Please fix.

Installed the app on my phone and the logo appears but freezes. Last year it was fine.
