Can't review old work orders, can't invoice in app, don't have the option to choose an external reader for documents without opening them in app first. Can't put in a counter offer or message on available work orders. Can't even check in, I have to call in, and more often than not, talk with 2 people before I can be shown on site. I've used this app for a couple years now because I was told it was simpler than bringing up the website, but I have to pull it up half the time anyways.

This app is truly terrible; barely usable. I can't scroll up and down without it paging left or right, clearly not field tested. Dispatch does not follow the pay structure listed in Work orders. I've been told more than once that 1x70 is for 1.5 hours, when it usually would mean 70 for 1 hour, so the usage is deceptively different from what one would generally understand. No way to counter offer, offer your own terms, or to clarify terms other than calling, defeating the purpose of the app.

Ok for the most part. The only annoyances Ive seen are that the app frequently "stops" while just being alive in the background, and seems to store much more data than it should, without a way to clear it out other than to "clear user data" which removes all your login credentials, etc. Last update over a year ago says to me that it's due. TL has been good to work for, but the app can definitely use some TLC.
