Requirements:
1. Have one of the SME Total Access packages and request the Afirmenet Multiple Advanced contract. If you do not have a SME Total Access package, go to your nearest branch with the following documents:
• Copy of current Official Identification of the Legal Representative
• Proof of Company Address (less than 3 months old)
• Current articles of incorporation
• Federal Taxpayer Registry ID.

2. Activate the service from the “Activate/Cancel Service” option in the Afirme Biss menu in your Afirmenet Administrator session so you can enter the App.
