[Main services]

■ Personalization main
- You can check your withdrawal account balance, make transfers, and make withdrawal transactions right from the main screen.
- We provide customized information and recommend financial products that are right for you.

■ Large text mode
- You can set the main screen to large text mode and use it for inquiries and transfers in large text.

■ Easy banking
- If you log in with a simple password (6 digits), you can transfer up to 5 million won per day without a security medium.
- We provide contact remittance, Dutch Pay, widget banking, and motion banking services.

■ Open banking
- You can check and transfer not only your Nonghyup account but also other bank accounts.
- You can recharge the balance of another bank account to your Nonghyup account.

■ Asset management
- You can check your asset status at a glance and use asset planning and retirement planning services.

■ Financial product mall
- Non-face-to-face account opening is possible without visiting a branch.
- You can receive recommendations for your own customized products and sign up.

■ card
- You can check your approval history, billing statement, and your card information without installing the card app.

■ Retirement pension
- We provide retirement pension-specific services such as MY retirement pension, personal IRP deposit, reserve management instructions, and management status inquiry.

- You can log in easily with a simple password (6 digits) without a complicated joint certificate.

- If you have any questions, we will always answer your questions through 24-hour consultation.

■ Global banking
- Banking services in 9 languages ​​are available through the NH Smart Banking app.
- We provide a variety of services such as personalization, full account inquiry, transfer, overseas remittance, and currency exchange.

To use the service, you must allow the following access permissions:

[Required access rights]
1. Storage space: Access to storage space for photos, media, files, etc., used to store certificates and save bankbook copies.
2. Phone: Collect mobile phone number to issue mobile OTP, NH mobile certificate, and use branch phone service with access rights to mobile phone status and device information.
3. Installed apps: Check app installation information on smart devices to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents.

[Optional access rights]
1. Nearby device: Connect to Bluetooth device, use for voice guidance service
2. Microphone: Used for video calls, consultation chat, and voice search services
3. Notification: Used to receive notifications about deposit/withdrawal, events and benefit information
4. Contact information: Send text message with result after transfer, use contact information for transfer service
5. Location: Used for branch search service
6. Camera: Used to take photos of ID cards, submit documents, recognize QR codes, etc.
7. SMS: Used to verify mobile phone identity and transmit transfer results
8. Biometric authentication: Used for login and remittance services

※ In principle, NH Smart Banking does not collect sensitive information. If necessary, it collects it with the customer's separate consent and uses it only for the purpose of consent.

[Access permission settings]
- Settings > Applications > NH Smart Banking > Permissions
- You can use the service even if you do not grant optional access rights, but some functions may be restricted.

The recent update is very nice. All options are really good. Yet, no option to send previously transacted details to a friend. I know, its due to safety reasons, however, copying or kakao connect would be better. Because once you leave the transaction page, after that you cannot send it to friend or others. Then, we need PC to send the details. It's difficult at times.

Im going to give a little bit because there IS an option for English; however, it at least LOOKS like a super stripped down version of the app. Ive already taught myself to use the Korean vers so I will keep using it. Consider putting in more effort for ypur foreign customers, though. Your response in Korean to a complaint about a lack of English sort of highligjts my point.

NH스마트뱅킹을 이용해주시는 고객님께 감사드립니다. 우선 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. NH스마트뱅킹의 언어를 변경하시려면 우선 앱을 완전히 종료 하신 후, 앱을 다시 실행하셔서 로그인 이전화면의 중앙 하단 'Language setting' 에서 변경 바랍니다. 또는, 로그인 이후 전체메뉴 내 'Language'에서 언어 설정을 변경하실 수 있습니다. 감사합니다. (+) 추가적으로 말씀 주신 '다른 언어로 이용 가능한 뱅킹 메뉴 확대'는 지속적으로 검토하여 개선 예정입니다. 소중한 의견에 감사 드립니다.

Horrible as usual. Recommend to choose other Korean banks. Payment on foreign websites doesn't work no matter what I or bank workers do. App doesn't load for me anymore. I've had nothing but problems and bank staff never able to help me. Closing my account next week. I was NH client for almost 12 years by the way.

[필독]
1. 앱 설치가 지속적으로 안되는 경우
휴대폰의 '설정 > 애플리케이션 > Google Play 스토어 > 저장공간' 에서 데이터 삭제 및 캐시 삭제 후 재시도

2. 앱 로딩이 지연되는 경우
① 앱 완전 종료 후 스마트폰 재부팅
② 스마트폰 네트워크 환경 변경(LTE/WIFI 전환 또는 비행기모드 활성화 후 해제)
③ 스마트뱅킹 앱 재실행
