■ This is Nonghyup Mutual Finance’s mobile bank service that allows anyone to easily and conveniently use various financial and lifestyle services needed in daily life.

[Main Services]

■ Easy membership registration: You can register as a member simply by verifying your mobile phone and Nonghyup account without any complicated authentication procedures.

■ Supports 4 banking modes.
1) Normal mode: This is the basic financial mode that allows you to conveniently access/use all services.
2) Union member mode: This is a customized mode specialized for union members.
3) Large text mode: This is a service that provides remittance and inquiry information in large text for seniors and low vision customers.
4) My Mom CoK Mode: This is a banking mode that allows you to design your own banking screen.

■ Remittance: You can simply log in (6-digit number) and easily send money without entering your account password.
1) Simple login (6-digit number) customers: Up to 5 million won per day can be transferred
2) Customers issuing CoK PASS (mobile OTP): Can remit up to 10 million won per time and 50 million won per day
3) Customers who register and set OTP (physical): Can remit up to 100 million won at a time and 500 million won per day
※ Both CoK PASS and OTP (actual) can be used

■ Quick remittance: This is a service that sets the withdrawal account, deposit account, and deposit amount in advance and sends the money quickly.

■ Inquiry: You can easily register your Nonghyup account and other financial accounts and make inquiries.

■ Open Banking: Inquiries and transfers are possible after registering customer accounts at all financial institutions.

■ Mobile Cash Card: You can pay at Hanaro Mart nationwide using your mobile phone without cash or card. (Daily limit: 500,000 won)

■ Zero Pay: This is a simple payment service for small business owners and is an account-based direct debit payment service where payment is made through QR code recognition and QR/barcode presentation. (Daily limit of 2 million won)

■ Zero Pay Mobile Gift Certificate: This is an affiliate service that allows you to purchase mobile local love gift certificates and Onnuri gift certificates and pay at Zero Pay affiliated stores.

■ Financial products: You can sign up for products non-face-to-face, such as bank accounts, deposits/savings, loans, and cards, without visiting a branch.

■ My Data: This is a service that provides integrated credit management and asset management.

■ Nonghyup entire account inquiry: You can check your assets registered with Nonghyup (deposits/savings, funds, cards, loans, foreign exchange, etc.) at a glance without registration.

■ MY Bank: Provides a personalized service that allows you to view customer information and membership accumulation history.

■ Currency Exchange: You can apply for currency exchange through the app and receive it at a nearby branch.

■ Overseas remittance: Additional remittances can be made to the same recipient based on details of overseas remittances made at agricultural and livestock cooperative branches.

■ Foreign currency pocket: You can exchange and store foreign currency, receive foreign currency in cash whenever you want, or immediately repurchase it in Korean won.

■ Gift foreign currency: You can gift foreign currency as long as you know your name and mobile phone number. Customers who receive the gift can receive it at any agricultural or livestock cooperative branch nationwide.

■ Utility bills: You can easily pay Giro, local taxes, traffic fines, electricity bills, water and sewage fees, apartment management fees, integrated social insurance premiums, and even national pension.

■ ATM withdrawal: You can withdraw up to 300,000 won from an automated Nonghyup machine without a bankbook or card.

■ Over-the-counter withdrawal: You can visit a branch and withdraw money without a bankbook or card.

■ CoK Farm: A digital assistant for farmers and union members/associate members, it provides a variety of specialized services, including agricultural and livestock cooperative news, non-face-to-face registration for associate members, duty-free oil status inquiry, and agricultural product shipment details.

■ CoK Shopping: A pan-Nonghyup digital shopping channel where you can easily purchase fresh agricultural and livestock products, home appliances, and household goods from Nonghyup.

■ CoK Benefits: This is a digital lifestyle/affiliate channel where you can use a variety of convenient services for daily life.

■ Nonghyup Courier: This is a Nonghyup door-to-door delivery service that goes to every corner of the country.

■ Person-to-person card transactions (Pay App Lite): This is a service that allows non-business people to receive card payments without a card terminal.

■ Required access rights
- Files and media: Used to manage app settings files and certificates.
- Phone number: Phone number is collected in situations such as mobile OTP, mobile phone identity verification, and consultation call connection as access to mobile phone status and device information to verify mobile phone number for mobile phone identity verification and prevent electronic financial fraud.
※ NHCOK Bank, in principle, does not collect sensitive information that may infringe on the customer's privacy. When necessary, it collects the information with separate consent from the customer and uses it only for the purpose of consent.
- Installed apps: We collect smartphone app installation information to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents.

* Required access rights are required to use the service, and if not permitted, use of the service will be restricted.

■ Optional access rights
- Contact information: Used to retrieve the contact list before sending money via mobile phone and to send the money transfer result via SMS after completing the money transfer.
- Camera: Used for image shooting, ID shooting, QR code recognition, etc.
- Microphone (voice recognition): Used for voice search.
- Notification: Used for PUSH notification.

* You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.

※ If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or lower, all required access rights can be applied without optional access rights. In this case, if you upgrade the operating system to OS 6.0 or higher and reinstall the app, you can set access rights normally.

- Eligible for use: Customers aged 14 or older who have a mobile phone and Nonghyup account in their name (however, if the mobile phone is not in their name, membership can be registered through separate authentication only for Nonghyup Bank e-finance subscribers)
- Usage hours: 24 hours (excluding some services)
- Inquiries: Counseling Center: 1600-2800 (Business days: 9:00~18:00 on weekdays)

This app has no English support, but the biggest problem is that it uses all of my battery! I haven't opened the app in months but it will use 70% of my battery in 2 hours! Fix this please!

안녕하세요 고객님 NH콕뱅크입니다. 콕뱅크 이용 과정에서 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 앱 실행 과정에서 오류가 발생한 것으로 확인되며 단말기, 네트워크 상황에 따라 발생이 가능한 것으로 추측됩니다. 번거로우시겠지만 앱을 삭제 후 재설치 해주시기를 권유드리며, 그럼에도 작동이 안된다면 평일 09시~18시 이내 스마트 상담센터(1600-2800)로 연락주셔서 오류접수 또는 조치사항 내용을 받아 보시기를 권유드립니다. 다시 한번 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송합니다.

a bit more difficult to use compared to others bank app but still understandable, if they did it like the others bank it would be a copycat
