The Powerall CRM App offers you the most important data from Bever Automatisering's Powerall ERP package, even on the go. From CRM relationship characteristics to machine information and data from the article file. In addition, the Powerall CRM App offers the possibility to record visit reports and to record follow-up appointments for yourself or your colleagues.

Relationship data.
With the Powerall CRM App you also have all data about your customers at hand when you are on the go. Consult the CRM characteristics or the visit reports of previous visits. Call a customer directly from the Powerall CRM App or navigate there! Or do you want to be able to quickly see which customers are nearby? Moreover, you can quickly and easily see which machines the customer owns.

Article data.
Do you want to know if a certain item is in stock? Or do you want to quickly add photos to the article data for your webshop. With the Powerall CRM App this is done in no time!

Machinery information.
All (stock) machines are displayed from the machine administration in Powerall. This way your customer can “browse” through the stock of machines. Do you want to quickly and effectively take photos of a traded-in machine? The Powerall CRM App automatically adds your photos to the right machine in Powerall.

Visit reports.
To record and manage your commercial opportunities in the longer or shorter term, you can record visit reports using speech recognition. You can also link the appointments made to a date and to a person. That way you can make another promise!
