I'm new to Engie and the app. Since maybe two months. I haven't seen the app working properly since I have it. I guess this says it all. The provider is good, but the app is not. It doesn't even communicate the correct contribution. I changed it, and it's still collecting the former amount. At least, there's a message in the app. UPDATE: Thanks for your reply, but I don't want to call your hotline. It might be busy and I have to wait long. Just fix the app as I'm sure I'm not the only one

App suddenly sends norifications while disabled. Support asks to jump through hoops to report it. Now blocked all notifications. Engie clearly STILL is clueless about customer experience. Support staff threatens to stop the chat if you point out it's not your responsibility to go through troubleshooting for something that worked until 2 days ago on the same device with same OS. Then, you switch app and come back, the whole chat is gone. Basic stuff working poorly.
