Use the Facilicom Forms app to complete all digital forms and upload documents. You will find different forms and documents for each division that you can use to perform your tasks.

Think of: toolbox, MOS (report on safe situation), LMRA (last minute risk analysis), WPI (workplace inspection), project plan, work order, HVAC, inspection of the post, maintenance, inspection, registration, report, ...

Facilicom Forms app helps you to digitize documents and simplify forms. You can, among other things, add your signature, your location and photos. The form or document automatically ends up with the right person.

All divisions find their documents and forms in this: Gom, Prorest, Trigion, Facilicom Solutions, Facilicom Hard Services, Facilicom Reception Services, Facilicom Airport Services.
