OERTLI Smart Service Support
"Deeper insight into the function of OERTLI-boiler"
OERTLI Smart Service Support is a new practical tool that enables the installer to the location, even easier, more efficient and purposeful to carry out his work.
The OERTLI Smart Service Support consists of two parts, the Smart Service Tool and the Smart Service App. The Smart service tool can be used on a boiler in conjunction with the Smart Services App for all upcoming works. Here, the heating engineers will assist you in installing the boiler, as well as during maintenance or troubleshooting on the boiler.
The Smart Service app can also be used without a smart service tool. Namely, as a digital reference book for the boiler. So you have instructions and explanations of error messages at your fingertips: simply on your tablet or smartphone.
The information can be downloaded in the Smart Service app whenever the tablet or smartphone connected to the Internet.
Smart Service Tool
The Smart Service Tool is a hardware and is connected to the boiler. The hardware is the transmitter and receiver for a local wireless connection to your tablet or smartphone. Once connected, you can start immediately. Because it is a local connection and not to an external server, there are no security gaps and the customer's network must not be used.

Smart Service App
Once the app has been launched Smart Service, recognizes the app by itself, with what type of boiler it is connected. You get direct insight into the device - with all the relevant information.
Depending on the boiler type in a few steps provides the Smart Service application the following functions:

• Current values of the boiler
