About this app
The SOS app is a free optional service for all our active subscription customers and is connected to our alarm station.
With the SOS app, you can send an alarm to get in touch with the alarm station immediately. When you send an SOS alarm, the alarm station receives information about your whereabouts, calls you to clarify the need for assistance and takes appropriate action for assistance.
We then see your last known position and can, if necessary, contact your alert persons.
The alarm station we always start by calling you to clarify the situation. If we do not get in touch with you, or if you say that you need help, we will see where you are, and pass on this information to notifiers.
If you are in Follo and send an SOS signal, we take action in the usual way in addition to sending weights if necessary.
Emergency weights will search / search for the person who has triggered the app for up to 30 minutes.
If we do not find the person within 30 minutes, we will terminate the applicant and send an emergency report.
Important! If you are sure that you are in an emergency situation, we always recommend that you contact the emergency services directly. The service is not a replacement for the Norwegian emergency numbers. If you need an ambulance, call 113, and if you need police, call 112.
The app is only a service that is intended to be used in situations where you do not have the opportunity to call.
