Ratings and reviews

This app was great, but now it won't load at all. Doesn't matter how long I wait, whether I reinstall the app and log in again, or whether I force close and reopen it. Nothing works. I can't give an app any more than a single star if it won't work at all. For an issue that was supposedly fixed in an update, I see no improvement.

Clear, easy to use. I love the bill insights and usage. Paying my bill is also very simple and straightforward. It's set up in a way where I can easily get all the information I need, and if I want more, I can find it, but it's not cluttering up the main space. It is a bit clunky though. It's slow sometimes.

love the power shouts id still love alot more thou, it wld b good if they were awarded as per ur usage as i have a very high use ( 167% more than 100 homes near me according to genesis) from running a pa and guitar amps rec gear computer etc. alot, as i play in a band and jam a lot but still it is appreciated
