We've been using this app a long time & never had any issues until the last couple of months. We pay for our membership yet the MOTW ticket prices never show up as an option. Signing out & then back in doesn't work. What's the point of an app that supposedly makes it easier to book ahead when you still have to purchase your tickets in person?

Number of Hoyts ticket terminals in existence that can read the bar code: 0. I've tried a lot, just google movies now and buy without signing in, I can't remember my password, it's secure. So a completely useless app.

Unable to Log in or use ap. I open the app and get a txt box saying "you've been logged out" I try to log back in and it says "unable to connect to server" I can use a Web Browser to log in perfectly fine though. Tried to put some in app feedback but that also came up with an error and just refreshed me back to the home page. Very annoying and a pain
