Can't delete (or even rename) cards. So if you get a new card then you end up with a list of CC on the account. Had a payment fail to go through as card had expired, but no message to tell me this, no call. So next time I tried to book it wouldn't until I'd paid that old journey (fair enough) but the app wouldn't take the payment. Took 40 minutes of trying and turned out had to log out and log back in again before it would process the old transaction.

Tried to prebook taxi from the airport. Didn't work and now can't remove bankcard details from the app, despite several requests.

apparently nz's number one taxi app won't let you register unless you have a kiwi telephone number. so say you're visiting from overseas and are using roaming. nup. no taxi for you.... are you kidding, its 2025, not 1996..........
