Ratings and reviews

After the update, you are unable to click on the bus stop on the map for more info. The whole application instead of evolving, it instead goes backwards. I'd rather use google maps, which tells me the exact same info more precisely without the annoying UX. Map is unusable, when you try to navigate, it instead tries to switch tabs. When viewing a stop in the map and you go back: - you are unable to view the same stop - for some stupid reason it switches back to default route

Until the last update where custom maps replaced Google maps in the bus location section, I could tap on a bus stop and see exactly which stop it is. Since the update you cannot tap and see the bus stop from the map, instead I have to zoom in, see the name and then exit and manually search the name of the stop from the bus stops tab. Really went a step back. I will not be commenting about the reliability of the schedules etc since that is not a fault of the app but of the organization itself.

I was trying to find info for the easiest route of the city (KTEL-airport). Who can actually understand how this app works? Try to find bus departure times when there is only the choice for arrivals. I bet no one from the people that built it, is using it or can use it. not user-friendly at all!!!!
