The scanning machine isn't always working. I have a membership for students i always have problem's with it when I scan to get out .Then if I want to enter the bus the scanner says that your ticket is expired. I tried to contact the help center and they fix my problem but after 1 month thesam problem they never replied to me about the situation. So I keep messaging them and sometimes they don't reply back. The membership is excellent and free but it needs to be upgraded to be flexible to use. 🤙

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided by Mwasalat. Recently, I attempted to book a ticket through your platform, expecting a smooth and efficient process. However, the experience I encountered was far from satisfactory. Upon booking the ticket, I was astonished to find that despite there being purportedly 25 vacant seats available, I received a response indicating that no seats were available.

This app is wasteless. Since last 3 months no tracking system, no online booking, no electronic ticket nothing. If the app is under system upgradation process then make it quick. So many people are suffering this lack of online tracking. Its frustating to wait in this scorching heat as so many bus stops dont have shade to sit also. Also drivers dont behave nicely sometimes.
