Solution developed to assist the process of operation and support of assistance requests originating from the Surgical Center with the intention of facilitating assertive communication between departments and immediate response. This solution aims support the Operating Room on its needs in internal communication with the department needed, with the correct demand, It also helps to understand the main requests for any kind of surgical scope and its previous patterned lists, adjusting then, the overall needs at a surgery. In response to all the data that is collected it also gives to the departments that are using it, a BI with all the requests, its SLA and operator in charge.
